I recently had the honor of facilitating a workshop at the ASCD Conference in Chicago. To be honest, I was pretty sure no one was going to show since it was the last session of the conference, at 10:15 on a Monday morning, before the closing keynote. Wow, was I surprised when it was standing room only! The enthusiasm for the session had nothing to do with me, as I didn’t know the majority of the participants prior to our time together. What was apparent was the need and deep desire of educators to find practical strategies for their own wellbeing!
Below is the description of the session, outcomes, and a link to the padlet full of resources and the presentation. I hope you find the resources meaningful for your own wellbing! Please reach out if I can support you on your journey!
With warmest love, respect, and gratitude,
